Make the most of your new flexible work entitlements

Know Your Rights. Flexible work and working from home. A CPSU webinar

In service-wide bargaining in 2023, the CPSU secured strong rights to flexible work for APS employees.

Your new rights include:

  • Strong rights to flexible work for all APS employees – with no caps on the number of days an employee can work from home, and a bias towards yes.
  • Location of work – APS roles able to be performed in wider locations across Australia, and agencies to consider connection to country.
  • Decisions subject to independent oversight and review rights.

WEBINAR: Join us for an in-depth look at new and improved flexible work and working from home entitlements secured by CPSU members in service-wide bargaining.
