Fair work laws = fresh start for APS bargaining? In two weeks time, a fairer system of industrial relations laws will come into effect - the direct result of the Your Rights at Work campaign and the efforts of thousands of CPSU members around the country. While there is still much to be done in the area of legislative reform, our number one priority should be ensuring the new laws are fairly implemented in the public sector, writes CPSU National Secretary Stephen Jones.
