ACT Government - Personal Leave
Your personal leave entitlements can be found in your union Collective Agreement under section N – clauses 69 through to 70.

ACT Government - part-rime rights
Part-time work may provide you options for managing work/life balance. Part-time work entitlements can be found in section L – clauses 60 through to 62 of your union Collective Agreement.

ACT Government - Flex Time
Flexible working arrangements are designed to allow greater scope to maximise working patterns to meet the needs of employees, Agencies and ACT Government. Only employees other than shift workers have access to flex time.

ACT Government - temporary contracts
Are you on a temporary contract with the ACT Government? Your union realises the difficulties faced by staff on temporary contracts, such as a lack of job security and difficulty getting home loans.

ACT Government - your rights to representation
Your rights to be represented by your union are protected by the Workplace Relations Act and the union Collective Agreement. It is a fundamental right of every union member to be able to contact their union and seek support and/or representation.
