The CPSU offers arange of specialised training courses to suit all delegates - no matter how long they have been active in the union.

Our programs give CPSU members and delegates the skills and confidence they need to deal with a wide range of issues including:

understanding agreements and awards
running effective meetings
communicating members’ concerns
advocating members’ issues
negotiating positive outcomes
resolving local workplace problems
building the union in the workplace
running effective campaigns
