DEEWR - one agency, one agreement

The first steps have been taken to bargaining a new agreement for DEEWR. We know that by working together we will get the best outcomes for everyone.

CPSU expertise

This is no ordinary bargain given that it involves a newly merged and very large department, staff employed on many different arrangements, and a new road map for bargaining. It’s complicated but CPSU brings experience and expertise to the table – and we need you. Good outcomes in negotiation don’t happen by chance. The key will be people like you joining the union, getting involved, and sticking together.
