Who can join CPSU and how much does it cost?

Joining CPSU is a smart move! Joining CPSU is a smart move!
CPSU membership is open to employees in a wide range of industries including the public sector, telecommunications, call centres, broadcasting, employment services, aviation, science and research.

How much does it cost?

For most CPSU members it costs between $7 to $11 a week to be part of the union. Discounts are available for part-timers. You may not know it but your union membership is fully tax deductible. That means the amount you pay can be deducted from your taxable income every year. When you combine that saving with the many other benefits of membership, joining is a smart move.
