Management education

CPSU members are entitled to a 10% discount on Australia's largest MBA delivered by Chifley Business School in partnership with La Trobe University. This MBA is designed to provide practical, relevant and formal management courses to professionals in the public sector in order to meet their capability needs. The program is delivered by distance learning and provides a flexible option for career enhancement while maintaining a worklife balance.

Short courses deliver quick, effective skills that you can implement immediately in your workplace. The courses range across various disciplines. The courses are run over 1-2 days nationally in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. They can also be customised to suit the needs of your organisation and delivered in-house.

Certificate and Diploma courses in Business, Project Management and Frontline Management offer an effective solution for the development of management competence. These programs are now offered completely online. Some of the modules covered are workplace priorities, work teams, customer service, managing people and learning organisations.
