ABS: We need your ideas before the National Forum - 2 July 2010
The CPSU is calling for all Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) members to send us your ideas on how to fix the serious issues raised in the recent staff survey. An Extraordinary National Forum will be held on 28 July addressing issues raised by the survey. CPSU would like to hear your views so we can deliver them to the Forum.

APScience - the CPSU science network - 22 June 2010
In April, CPSU reported that we had created an inter-agency network to promote the essential work of science related agencies to the public, to the Government, public sector and the community.

ARC staff say yes – what’s next? - 11 June 2010
The latest ARC draft enterprise agreement has been voted on. CPSU members already gave the agreement a big tick of approval – and the all staff vote returned a unanimous “yes” vote too.

NHMRC It’s time to vote on your new agreement - 3 June 2010
CPSU bargaining team are recommending members endorse the proposed NHMRC enterprise agreement. On the basis of member votes, CPSU will either recommend or oppose the agreement in the all staff ballot. CPSU members have until noon, Monday, 7 June to vote.

New Geoscience Australia pay point scheme set to begin - 28 May 2010
One of the key wins in the last agreement negotiation was a new pay point scheme to give Geoscience Australia employees APS standard increment advancement. The new scheme will be in place soon, and there are a few things you’ll need to do to make sure you benefit from this significant win.
