CPSU members have raised concerns about the rate of insecure employment in NDIA
The CPSU knows that when people are given permanent jobs, everyone wins. Staff are engaged and confident in their future and the agency has a committed and knowledgeable workforce who are best able to service participants.
To ensure that the NDIA continues to meet their obligations under the Public Service Regulations (which stipulate that the usual basis for public servants should be permanent and ongoing), the CPSU is contacting local management to seek a briefing on current and future employment figures.
