Termination and redundancy – know your rights at ACC - 27 June 2008
As you will be aware, many of your colleagues are currently subject to processes for termination of their employment with the ACC. Based upon budget estimations, it can be reasonably anticipated this will be an ongoing process over ensuing months and years.
