Thanks to all the RET staff who provided valuable feedback on your CPSU bargaining survey. The clear message from your contribution to our bargaining survey is that you are dedicated professionals seeking to deliver quality services and want to be rewarded, supported and have flexibility in your working life.
Your union is keen to help you secure an agreement that acknowledges your aspirations by ensuring that your voice in bargaining reflects your professional positive approach to your work.
Your feedback will now be collated and put into a draft CPSU bargaining claim that will form the basis of negotiations with management for your remuneration and conditions. Before we enter negotiations we need to start from a position of strength. This means that for the CPSU to support you in your efforts to secure the CA you want, you need to join your union.
